• FREE Next Day delivery* on all orders over £50 ex. VAT. Orders under £50 subject to small order charge of £6.95
• We aim to dispatch all stock orders placed before 12:00 the same day
• Deliveries are Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) to UK mainland.
• Unfortunately we are unable to deliver at weekend or to Non-Mainland UK addresses.

* Applies to stock items. Delivery subject to change during peak times and seasonal holidays.

Mainland GB Includes England, Scotland, and Wales, including all of the Great Britain landmass and including land connected by road/rail (such as Skye and Anglesey), but not including the islands accessible only by water/air transport. 

Non-Mainland UK includes Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight or British Forces and Territories

Please note:

Orders sent with a courier are contracted to delivered to the door only and not enter your property. 

Orders sent on a pallet will be delivered kerbside only. The driver will not unload the goods from the pallet or take the pallet away.

Orders with multiple items may be fulfilled in multiple deliveries

Although every effort is made to deliver on time, the time frame is suggested, and is not guaranteed. We do not recommend hiring staff or booking an installation until after the goods have arrived

Please ensure that you check the contents of your order upon delivery. Any missing or damaged items must be reported to sales@wowshelving.com within 7 days of the order being delivered. Photos of any damaged items will be required.
