Product Description

These workstation bench kits come with PREMIUM PARTS BINS, they can be inserted within the top shelves or placed on the very top.

Our workstations are designed to make picking and packing items easier. When working on a project you have extra space on the top shelves for packaging equipment and supplies or work tools.  The lower shelf is ideal for storing bulkier items.  We sell these kits with and without parts bins, this web product includes the parts bins,  as well as the choice of bins colour you can also choose to have an extra large lower shelf.  These benches are strong, 15mm chipboards and 1.5mm thick steel, but also very easy to assemble being boltless and using rivets - rivets are the original way this type of shelving was designed, just as strong as the more modern 'stamped out butterflies' but way easier to put together. 

Great for use in 'pick and pack' areas and garage, workshop, warehouse, office and most commercial, industrial and domestic environments.

  • Overall height of 1600mm, standard work height of 920mm
  • Choice of 1200, 1500 or 1800mm wide workstations
  • Choice of 450, 600 or 750mm deep - the 450d is narrow and if you intend working at it please choose 600 or 750mm deep
  • Top shelves are 300mm deep

Parts Bins if selected = 127h x 140w x 280d mm. Please select bin colour from the dropdowns,   photos are generic.

FAQs

Can you fit a vice?

No, we only recommend fitting a vice to a worktop that is securely
fixed to the frame or a vice plate. Adding a vice can compromise the stability
and safety of the structure.
What does UDL weight capacity mean?

UDL stands for Uniformly Distributed Load. This means the weight capacity
applies when the load is evenly spread across the shelf, not concentrated in one
spot (point-loading). Uneven loading can reduce stability and damage the shelving.
Can I raise the lowest level to store something underneath?

Yes, the levels are adjustable, and you can raise the bottom shelf for clearance.
However, we recommend keeping the lowest level no higher than 700mm to
maintain stability and safe loading.
Are they suitable for a fish tank?

No, we don’t recommend using our shelving for fish tanks. Tanks place heavy,
localized pressure on shelves, and water movement adds stress.
What tools are needed?

Assembly is simple and typically only requires a rubber mallet. A flat-head
screwdriver helps with centre supports, and a drill is needed if wall-fixing.
